Service rating : Firstly for whatever reason they wouldn't accept my bank card and I had to make a manual Faster Payment. After several days and still no delivery I had to contact them, only to be told they were still awaiting payment! I checked and no problems my end. They finally 'found' my payment - they had overlooked it! A week later and I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY GOODS AND THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY!!!!! Product : I am still awaiting delivery.	Unfortunately the customers card wasn't accepted due to security reasons which wouldn't allow us to process the payment. The customer then offered to pay by BACS transfer and we would dispatch the order on receipt of payment. We totally hold our hands up on this occasion as we had overlooked the... Read More. Unfortunately the customers card wasn't accepted due to security reasons which wouldn't allow us to process the payment. The customer then offered to pay by BACS transfer and we would dispatch the order on receipt of payment. We totally hold our hands up on this occasion as we had overlooked the payment into our account which was just an honest mistake on our part... Apologies..!! As soon as we noticed the error the customers order was dispatched on an overnight delivery and received the next day although we appreciate that this was 3 days later than usual... To compensate the customer we issued them a £15 refund as a gesture of good will of which they put it towards a further order straight away as they liked the quality of the products. These were also dispatched on an over night delivery to the customer... General Manager
