20-Feb-2016	Service: Product:	Wow , brilliant service. I wanted the rail made smaller and the staff were helpful and able to do what I wanted. They phoned back when they said they would. We ordered on Thursday afternoon and even with the adjustments the rail arrived early Friday morning.

I strongly advise you to change to DPD who are by far the best delivery service and would make a major difference to my personal likelihood of using your company. If I hadn't walked up and down the street looking for it I would have been left out of pocket as no other solution was on offer. We have considered using DPD, unfortunately, they are much more expensive than any one else on the market and we have to offer our customers the most competitive service, which is free delivery over £85.I have e-mailed our couriers and they can't apologise enough for the mistake. We send out hundreds of parcels a day and most of our customers are delighted with our service. It was me that dealt with your problem and I did keep you updated all day whilst we tried to track your parcel.
