I strongly advise you to change to DPD who are by far the best delivery service and would make a major difference to my personal likelihood of using your company. We have considered using DPD, unfortunately, they are much more expensive than any one else on the market and we have to offer our customers the most competitive service, which is free delivery over £85.I have e-mailed our couriers and they can't apologise enough for the mistake. We send out hundreds of parcels a day and most of our customers are delighted with our service. It was me that dealt with your problem and I did keep you updated all day whilst we tried to track your parcel.
