Service rating : I wanted to build a walk in wardrobe type thing which would be very solid and able to handle an overpacked rail (as in reality I'm squeeezing a lot into a small space because I'm just a normal person and not a millionaire mansion owner). I had some queries which were addressed promptly by Jamie via the website contact form (he's lovely)! I ordered components from the Bronx system on Monday and they arrived the next day. It's now all assembled and I can honestly say it's amazing! Also want to point out that it's relatively easy to DIY too, we used a little handheld angle grinder to cut the steel tubes to size and the rest is like meccano. I highly recommend the product and the company Product : Solid rail, easy to assemble with other components and can be cut to size easily enough with angle grinder |

Great service. On arrival packaging for the components had split open so I had to check the contents for missing parts. Pleased to say everything I ordered was in the box. Having said this, I expect the delivery process had caused the damage to the box. |
