Shipping & Delivery
All Shopfittings orders are shipped to mainland Britain destinations, other than The Highlands and Islands, at a flat rate of £5.95 + VAT. Shipping is free for orders over £95.00 net. Please call us for shipping costs to other locations.
Privacy & Security
Shopfittings (Manchester) Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site where they are strictly necessary for the site functionality. They are used to aid navigation, and to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. Returns & Replacements
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:- If the product is unsuitable, you can send it back within 14 days of receipt and receive 100% of the value of goods. The goods need to be undamaged in their original packaging and complete. After 14 days there is a 20% handling charge and returns are at the discretion of Shopfittings Ltd. There are certain products that do not apply to the 14 day money back guarantee these are as follows:-
• Mannequins, dummies and busts.
• Showcases, counters and gondolas.
• Bespoke items.
• Acrylic and Perspex if film is removed.
Collection of non faulty items can be arranged at the cost of the customer, however in some cases it may be cheaper for the customers to organize their own returns.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept most major credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Please note all our prices are excluding VAT.
To view orders an account must be created on our site. Once an account is active, and the user is logged in, there will be a link to 'My Account' in the header (top left of any page opn the site). This link will take the user to their personal dashboard. The dashboard display all recent orders along with the option to place a repeat order.
Account and non-account customers will also recieve an email confirmation of every order placed.
Updating Account Information
Once an account is active, and the user is logged in, there will be a link to 'My Account' in the header (top left of any page opn the site). This link will take the user to their personal dashboard. The dashboard displays a range of information about the user account. This includes information about Orders, Account Information, Delivery Addresses, Billing Agreements, Sage Pay information and more. These may be accessed using the left hand menu and details can be updated accordingly.
