I have spoken to our customer today to apologise about the delay in her goods arriving. She ordered these on 24.9.15 and we were out of stock of her mail order bags, we left a message to see if it was okay to send her a different colour free of charge. We heard back from her and sent the delivery on Friday 25.9.15 due to be delivered on Monday 28th September. Unfortunately, our couriers had a problem delivering this parcel and it is now going to be delivered tomorrow 1st October - 3 days late. Sue Robinson Sales Manager. |
